Darryl Reeves is a computational scientist with expertise in utilizing data-driven approaches to solving interesting problems in both academic and business settings.Prior to his graduate work in computational biology, Darryl worked at start-up companies in the finance and advertising industries whose focus was using technology to overcome inefficiencies in their respective industries. He had an early role and view into technological advancements in display advertising technology which has ushered in the era of programmatic buying and has revolutionized online advertising. Over the past couple of years, he has become excited about the potential for blockchain technologies to transform businesses and society, in general. He is particularly interested in the intersection of data science and blockchain technologies. Darryl has a B.S. in Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Decision Making and Rationality and a minor in History. He completed a M.S. in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics from Yale University and a PhD in Computational Biology and Medicine from Cornell University.
